Quarterback Mike Jones has a good start in New England, and now he is looking to create a brand for himself, which is reminiscent of what other Patriots quarterbacks did before him. Just like how Tom Brady profited from "TB12", Jones wanted to make "MJ10" a thing.

According to MassLive, the rookie has registered "MJ10" as a trademark for "beanies, hats, pants, shirts, shoes, socks, sweaters, sweatpants, vests, sports jackets, sports shirts, sports shorts, Sports sweaters, long-sleeved shirts, long jackets."

At this point, Brady has turned TB12 into something bigger than a slogan because the company published diet books and created supplements. Jones hasn't got there yet, but the rookie brand "MJ10" is definitely a start.

In terms of games on the field, Jones helped the Patriots achieve an 8-4 record and ranked first in the East of the AFC Champions League. After the team missed the playoffs last year, the first-round pick put the Patriots back on the playoffs map.

In New England, quarterbacks, or quarterbacks in particular, have a history of winning. So far, great for Jones-the big game is still in progress. Another thing the quarterback did in New England was to create a strong brand, and Jones was following in these footsteps.
