Rebel Wilson has been living her best life at her A-lister wellness retreat in Austria, and she's got the photo evidence to prove it!

The 42-year-old actress posted a photo of herself rocking a sports bra and biker shorts at VivaMayr resort in Austria, posing in front of a stunning lake and mountain view. And her abs were seriously chiseled.

“Living that @vivamayraltaussee lifestyle. Health = Wealth," she captioned the photo of herself in her athleticwear.

Fans left all kinds of kudos for Reb, throwing around lots of fire emojis and encouragement. "Rebel absolutely killin it!! 👏👏," one person wrote. But I think the photo is really summed up best in actor and musician Michael Cimino’s comment. “Rebel why tf are you so cool leave some crumbs for the rest of us please,” he wrote on the Instagram post

The star declared 2020 her “Year of Health” and she embarked on a weight loss journey that has resulted in some major changes to her lifestyle. Rebel has reported losing almost 80 pounds in that time, and she has spoken a lot about why she started revamping her health goals.

Rebel’s decision to lose weight is closely tied with her desire to be a mother. She star suffers polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), which can affect fertility. During a visit to her fertility doctor in 2019, Rebel said she was told she would have better results if she were healthier, and better chances of harvesting and freezing her eggs if she lost weight.

“It's almost like I didn't think of my own needs. I thought of a future child's needs that really inspired me to get healthier," Rebel told People.

So, what does that look like for the Australian actress?

Well, a doctor told her to start walking for an hour a day, which has made all the difference. And she's kept it up during her stay at the luxury Austrian wellness retreat, VivaMayr, too. “Sometimes the simplest thing like getting out and walking for an hour a day is the kindest thing to your body, and your body will respond to that,” Rebel told People. Amen!

Rebel stayed at VivaMayr back in 2019, and returned in 2020 to jump start her New Year’s resolution. And she has credited it, in part, with her health reset.

According to the ‘gram, she’s back from another week of health and bliss. For those wondering, the resort is about as VIP as it gets. It combines four elements to create a signature health journey: personalized health and diet, Modern Mayr Medicine, innovative medical technology, and lifelong support, according to their website.

The center also uses the "Mayr Method" to reset their clients' diets. That means cutting out snacks, cutting back on gluten and dairy, and even changing up your chewing method.

It’ll cost you though—for two weeks, Rebel likely paid a base fee of $4,566, plus however much her room cost, according to program materials.

"I'm just trying to go for overall balance, overall healthy balance," she told Women’s Health during her health journey. "I have this state of being, which is not my quote, but I go 'Nothing is forbidden.' We’ll be like, 'Should we get In-N-Out burger?' And I'm like, 'Nothing is forbidden.' I can go there, I just might eat half of what I used to eat before. You know? And I'll have a burger, and a few fries, and then you feel fine."

Everyone is cheering you on, Reb!
