Running, spinning, and yoga keep her in shape.

Nicole Kidman is riding high this holiday season thanks to the release of her much-anticipated film, Being the Ricardos. (She plays the iconic Lucille Ball and shared a clip of herself in character on Instagram—and might I say, she is amazing.)

In honor of the movie, the 54-year-old actress graced the cover of DuJour magazine and shared some of the killer pics with her followers. She rocked multiple outfits, but her all-black YSL look was a stunner: The high-waisted skirt had a high slit that showed off her super strong legs—and it was paired with a bra top that highlighted her totally toned abs.

"It’s Winter in America, but Summer in Australia—I’m officially a double hemisphere girl 😉❄️ Thank you so much @DuJourMedia for featuring me on your Winter Issue 💙 #BeingTheRicardos," she captioned the pics.

Naturally, the snaps got high praise: Reese Witherspoon even commented, "International Babe!!! 🔥" While another fan wrote, "BEAUTY QUEEN! 🙌🏻 She just gets MORE beautiful with age! 👏🏻"

To stay fit, Nicole loves to get her cardio in. "I run, ride my bike, do yoga, whatever I can do and wherever I am in the world... Variety is the best way I’ve found. If you think you are going to wake up and run five miles every morning for the rest of your life, you’ll get bored and hit the snooze button after a week," she told the Los Angeles Times. "So I try and mix it up with sports, running, yoga, and even just going for a walk with my husband and the kids... I also love spinning. I try to get everyone to spin."

Outside the gym (or spinning studio), the Big Little Lies star also stays active riding horses, as evidenced here:

As for her diet, Nicole shared with Women's Health that she adheres to the 80-20 approach, or eating nutritious food 80% of the time and indulging your cravings 20% of the time. "I’m just not someone that believes in denial," she said. "It’s walking a path that’s ultimately 80 percent healthy, 20 percent…sometimes it falls to 70."

But like most women, her main goal is to find balance. "Get out with your family, have some fun, don’t take it too seriously and make health, fitness, and nutrition an important part of your life. Ultimately your health, both physical and emotional, is the basis for everything," she told the Los Angeles Times.
