Kubbra Sait practices yoga every day. We are not saying that her yoga instructor is saying that we completely trust him because we have evidence that the actor can master any yoga posture at hand. When not playing a role for the screen, Cobra is often found to either pose beautifully when taking fashion photos, or concentrate on her fitness program in her sportswear. The actor is a fitness enthusiast, passionate about high-intensity exercise and yoga.

On Wednesday, Kubbra’s yoga instructor Subham Sri shared a glimpse of the Kubbra fitness stage. We were impressed by the actor’s dedication to the fitness program. Although she mentioned this, the position seemed easy to fill, but she encountered difficulties. In this photo, originally shared by Subham Sri in his Instagram story, Kubbra can be seen placing her body in a pyramid structure, her feet on a yoga mat, and her palms balanced on two yoga blocks . Wearing a white sports bra and a pair of black sports shorts, you can see Kubla concentrating on the downward dog pyramid pose.

Kubbra's fitness instructor was very impressed with her exercise skills. "Kubbra Sait's yoga posture is getting better every day," the coach wrote in his Instagram story, thanking the actor with a clapping emoji. However, Cobra reposted the photo in her own Instagram story and mentioned that she had a hard time acting-"It seems easy, but it is not the case (at least not for me: my hamstrings , Calves, buttocks are all so tight) Interestingly, the body quickly forgets that it needs warmth and love to grow," she wrote. Downward dog pyramid pose, as Kubbra does in the picture, has multiple health benefits. It helps to stretch the lower body muscles, especially the hamstrings, calves and ankles. It also helps strengthen the upper body muscles and stimulate blood flow throughout the body.
