Kareena Kapoor can break barriers like no one else. Well into her 40s after giving birth to two lovely boys, the Bollywood actress has embraced her body in all its beauty. What we love most about Kareena's version of body positivity is how she continues to exercise and dress her best for it without unhealthy aspirations of a particular size. She shakes off toxic body standards and instead, sweats it out because she wants and also a little bit because she has some of the best fitness fashion around. In her latest post on Instagram, Kareena is seen wearing a sports bra and matching tights from Puma. Both feature diagonal panels in shades of black, mustard, cream and a delightful stripe of animal print. With her hair worn in loose curls and a bronzed makeup look to boot, Kareena upped the fitness fashion game with a bit of a wild touch.

There are plenty of workout styles to exist but Kareena prefers a sports bra or crop top with a matching pair of tights. Whether it's in a classic shade like black or covered with busy prints in pastel shades, don't overthink wearing a matching set of separates for your next workout like Kareena did.
