Sports fashion disputes competing for the court-

Lululemon and Peloton sued each other over clothing design patents and trade dress. Specifically, the case involved the design of sports bras and leggings. Peloton won the "court contest" after responding to Lululemon's attorney's stop and termination letter. It initially filed a non-infringement declaratory judgment lawsuit in the Southern District of New York on November 24, 2021. Lululemon subsequently filed a lawsuit against multiple design patents and trade dress infringements in its bra and leggings design. In terms of procedure, it is expected that the cases will be consolidated in New York.
