Chrissy Teigen's Abs Are So Fierce In A Bra Top In New IG Pics

She’s big into dance-based workouts with trainer Simone De La Rue.

Chrissy Teigen got glammed up over the weekend and all we can say is that her outfit was pure fire. She shared some pics on Instagram, which of course included some loved-up snaps with hubby John Legend. The 36-year-old cookbook author and model rocked a black bra-top paired with lace-up pants—and the whole look showed off her totally toned legs and abs. And wow, she was fierce!

Naturally, the pics got tons of love and comments. John wrote, "😍😍😍😍." While Selling Sunset's Christine Quinn commented, "❤️❤️❤️❤️." Model Tess Holliday chimed, "I would look like a can of biscuits popping open in those pants but lawdddd you’re rocking them 😍."

To get her body strong, Chrissy likes to get her sweat on with trainer Simone De La Rue, who teaches dance-based workouts. "Chrissy Teigen I've been with for three or four years," Simone said in an interview with Business Insider. "We do more laughing than working out, to be honest. She's a hilarious person and I like having a giggle with her."

And while Chrissy does hit the gym, she usually just doesn't post about it on IG: “I think people don’t know because I’m not that type of person, I just don’t Instagram myself at the gym or making green juice,” she told People. “So I think people think that I don’t do that. But if I post me eating Taco Bell, I probably had a fantastic breakfast and lunch, or I’ve been good that entire week!”

Like all of us, she also goes through periods of skipping her workouts, followed by a super-intense regimen. “Sometimes I’ll go two months without working out and then my trainer will be like, ‘What the hell, get your ass back here!’ And then I go really hard,” she shared with People.

Chrissy also shared with Kelly Clarkson that she's a fan of EMS (a.k.a electrical muscle stimulation), which supposedly activates 90 percent of the body’s muscles in 20 minutes and simulates an hours-long workout. According to Scientific American, it's a technology that activates your muscles and makes them contract while you work out. "It's 20 minutes, but it's like working out for 4 hours," she told Kelly.

Besides working out, Chrissy also eats a balanced diet and usually starts her day with eggs. "I have to have breakfast and breakfast has to be eggs, whether in omelet form, hard-boiled, or over-easy," she told Shape. For lunch, she eats a later meal (at around 3 p.m.), which includes dishes from one of her cookbooks like coconut chicken curry or avocado on toast topped with chili flakes, she told Women's Health.

And after years of modeling, she skips diets altogether. "I've spent too many years counting calories and scheduling way too many workouts and trying to figure out what my term for wellness was for myself. Now I know it's on the ground playing with my kids or going to a park or an aquarium," she told People. "It's more important for me to enjoy things as they come. I put my mind and spirit over body. If it's going to make me happy and make me feel good, then I indulge in it."
